We want every family to love their NOLENIA adventure. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at hello@nolenia.com and we'll help.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded adventure is removed from the account. Unredeemed gift codes from a refunded order stop working.

This policy works alongside Paddle's Refund Policy and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
