These terms govern your use of the NOLENIA website and digital adventures (the "Service"). The Service is provided by NOLENIA ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or buy an adventure, you are contracting with NOLENIA.

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

NOLENIA offers interactive digital storytelling adventures for families with children aged 4–8, played together by a grown-up and a child, with a personalized digital storybook. Adventures are sold as one-time purchases and unlocked in the buyer's account.

Accounts

You must be an adult (of legal age in your country) to create an account or make a purchase. Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased adventures for private, non-commercial family use. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use of the Service.
• No fraud, spam, or misuse of payments or gift codes.
• No infringement of our or anyone else's intellectual property.
• No interference with security, including malware, probing, or scraping.

Intellectual property

NOLENIA retains all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, stories, illustrations, characters (including Lumi), documentation and branding. Storybooks you generate are for your personal family use.

Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy. Refunded purchases lose access to the adventure.

Service level and warranties

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the Service for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargebacks, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Governing law is that of the Republic of Türkiye unless mandatory consumer law of your country applies. Questions: hello@nolenia.com.
